Set Up Only

Service Description

The set up package is for those who have planned and coordinated their own event or hired us to plan their event, but need someone there to set it up. This includes one meeting prior to the event (usually two weeks ahead). The event planner will not stay for the event. Everything will be set up and ready to go at least 1 hour prior to event starting. NO REFUNDS! There may be extra charges for extreme set-up which may require more hired help. You will be advised of the extra cost prior to booking. If you add on extra decor or extreme set-up after booking you will be required to pay the extra fee before we will be able to add those set-up items to our list. Extreme set-up includes large arches with flowers or decor, lighting, etc.
