Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship everything within 48 hours of the order. All products should be received within 5-7 business days with standard shipping, 3-5 days with express shipping and 1-2 days with rush shipping. There is no free shipping on rush orders. We take pride in how our packages are delivered so you will receive an email letting you know your package has been shipped. There are extra cost for shipping outside of the United States. Larger packages may require signature upon delivery. There is a $1.50 handling fee on every order within the United States and $2.50 handling fee for International orders. Handling fees are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns just exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. If it is a clothing item the tags must be fully attached to the item. If you are returning decor it has to be within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt. We have had customers enjoy the decor and return it after using it at a party or event. If decor is used or not in "new" status or an (OPEN BOX ITEM) we will be unable to exchange or refund your product. All OPEN BOX ITEMS are final sale. Our goal is to provide customers with satisfactory merchandise in hopes their events create wonderful memories for years to come. All returns must be brought into the store or shipped back to PO Box 397 Avondale AZ 85323. Once we receive your return we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card or gift certificate. If you want to exchange your product please specify which item you would like to receive in exchange and that product will be mailed out to you. If there is a price difference the cost must be paid prior to shipping.
